Exploring the soul and it's reaches.

No Shame

There are times in this life when the problems we face and the lessons we learn are not just meant for us individually, but are meant to be shared. There is a stigma in many societies that if we get ourselves into a problem or into a predicament, that we must learn to solve them on our own. But the truth is, it is okay to ask for help. It is okay to share with someone that we can’t always solve a problem on our own. As lonely as this life can sometimes seem, it was never meant to be lived alone. Though it is true that in the end we must all make choices on our own, it does not mean that we cannot learn from others. It does not mean that we cannot get support from others. But the first step in getting help is that we must not be afraid to ask for it.

There is no shame in not knowing everything. There is no shame in being hurt or sad. There is no shame in needing a helping hand. There is no shame in taking advice. Once we realize that all the stones cast out in all directions come back to us, there is no shame in anything, for the load you carry, is the load we all carry.
