Exploring the soul and it's reaches.

My Savior

You can’t be anyone’s “savior” but your own. It’s hard to sit on the sidelines at times, watching as things seemingly go downhill. You can swoop in and catch someone before they fall, but if they think you’ll be there every single time shit hits the fan, then you take away their chance to grow, to understand that they can do for themselves. Support doesn’t mean doing for someone what they can do for themselves. Support is being there? Support is listening? Support is understanding? Support is being firm? Support is letting someone make their own choices? Support is being their when those choices don’t always turn out right?
